Mr Vishal Bhargava serves as a Board Member of Everest Health. With over three decades of executive leadership experience across the UAE and India, he has built a distinguished career in health insurance and financial services, holding senior finance and executive leadership roles across corporate finance, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation.

He played a pivotal role in the growth and financial stewardship of what became the Middle East's largest third-party healthcare administrator, serving two million insured members. Today, he leads the financial strategy of a regional insurance brokerage group operating across the UAE, Kenya and Qatar. Mr Bhargava holds an MBA from the University of Bolton together with advanced qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership.
